Better Drop delivers wine and spirits to all locations across Australia. We exclusively partner with Australia Post to ensure reliable delivery of your orders.

Delivery Fees

  • Shipping is free for members
  • $9.95 handling fee applies to orders under $199
  • Handling fees are automatically calculated at checkout

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically dispatched within three business days from our Sydney warehouse. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Metropolitan areas: 1-3 business days after dispatch
  • Regional areas: 3-7 business days after dispatch
  • Remote areas: 7-10+ business days after dispatch

Delivery Process

Age Verification

All deliveries require receipt of a person aged 18 years or older. Australia Post may check ID upon delivery to verify the recipient's age.

No Authority to Leave

Due to the nature of our products and legal requirements, we do not provide authority to leave packages unattended. If the recipient isn't home at the time of delivery, the package will be taken to the nearest post office for collection.

Collection from Post Office

If you're not available to receive your delivery, Australia Post will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your order from the nearest post office. You'll need to bring valid photo ID that proves you're 18 years or older.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within three business days. During peak periods, public holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the Australia Post tracking system.
