These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Better Drop website and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Better Drop is operated by Good Groceries Pty Ltd (ABN 88647641790) under Liquor License LIQP770018159.
Better Drop reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Better Drop is a membership-based service. Only members may purchase products from our website. The current annual membership fee is $49, subject to change at our discretion.
Memberships automatically renew annually. You will be notified via email before your renewal date. You may cancel your membership auto-renewal at any time by sending an email to support@betterdrop.com.au and notifying us of your intent to cancel your membership.
Your membership remains active for the duration of the membership term. The membership term is 365 days from the date of purchase or last renewal, whichever is more current. If you cancel your membership, it will remain active until the end of the current term. We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for memberships.
Memberships are generally non-refundable. However, in limited circumstances, we may issue a refund if: (1) you request cancellation within seven days of purchase or renewal, and (2) you have not placed any orders during this period. Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
To become a member, you must create an account with a valid email address and verify your email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
By creating an account and purchasing products, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to refuse service if adequate proof is not provided.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason without explanation. Once your order is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of ordering through our secure payment gateway.
Orders under $199 will incur a $9.95 handling fee which will be automatically added at checkout.
Better Drop does not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. All sales are final and cannot be canceled or modified after submission.
Better Drop exclusively uses Australia Post for all deliveries. By placing an order, you agree to Australia Post's delivery terms and conditions.
All deliveries may require proof of age and/or the signature of a person aged 18 years or older. We do not provide authority to leave packages unattended. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the package will be taken to the nearest post office for collection.
Orders are typically dispatched within three business days. Delivery times vary based on location. Better Drop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
In the event that products are damaged during transit, Better Drop reserves the right to remedy the situation through either a refund or replacement at our discretion. You must notify us of any damage within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title in the products passes to you upon full payment of all sums due to us.
Better Drop does not accept returns under normal circumstances. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or personal preferences regarding the product.
In the rare event that we ship an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We reserve the right to verify your claim before offering any remedy.
If products arrive damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. Better Drop reserves the right to remedy such situations through either a refund or replacement at our sole discretion.
All content on the Better Drop website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Good Groceries Pty Ltd trading as Better Drop and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or any systems or networks connected to our service.
By submitting content to our website (such as reviews or feedback), you grant Better Drop a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for any purpose.
While we strive to provide accurate information about our products, including pricing, descriptions, and availability, errors may occasionally occur. Better Drop reserves the right to correct any errors and to update or revise the information on our website at any time without prior notice.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, typographical error, or error in pricing information, Better Drop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed.
All products are sold on a 'while stocks last' basis. If an ordered product is no longer available, we will notify you and may offer a suitable replacement or refund. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Better Drop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
